Introduction to Splits

The Splits Activity feature allows you to define and manage the Composition and Performance splits of an Asset within Aliada Create. This functionality is essential for accurately allocating credits and revenue among collaborators.

• Composition Splits: These determine the percentage of ownership for each contributor involved in the creation of the Asset. It reflects the contributions made during the writing and arrangement phases.

• Performance Splits: These indicate the percentage of ownership related to the performance aspects of the Asset, such as the recording and production contributions.

By using the Splits Activity, you can:

• Assign specific percentage shares to each contributor.
• Ensure transparency regarding ownership and distribution.
• Update splits as needed to reflect changes in contributions.
