Introduction to Submission Boxes

Submission Boxes provide a secure, efficient, and user-friendly method for collecting files and attachments from others without requiring them to join your Team. This feature streamlines the process of gathering necessary materials while maintaining privacy and security.

When you create a Submission Box, a secure link is generated and sent to the email address you specify. The recipient can use this link to upload files directly to the Submission Box without needing to create an account or log in.

All files received through Submission Boxes are accessible in the Attachment Activity, where you can manage and review the contributions.

Submission Boxes are particularly beneficial during the early stages of a project. They allow collaborators to contribute essential files, such as:

• Vocals
• Rough mixes
• Instrument tracks

This functionality enables you to gather materials efficiently before deciding to invite contributors to join your Team.
